Our approach was all about the jewelry of the home. By selectively updating hardware and lighting fixtures, we were able to shift the entire energy of the space toward a more custom, polished aesthetic. These small but mighty changes act as the anchor for the new layers of furniture and textiles we brought into each room.

With two young girls in the house, every design choice had to be as practical as it was beautiful. We focused on high-performance soft furnishings that invite you to sit down and stay a while, ensuring the home feels elevated but never off-limits. The banquette is easily one of our favorite moments in the house. Tucked into the breakfast bay and overlooking the lake, we designed this corner to be the heart of daily family life. We paid particular attention to the wipeability of the fabrics and the placement of the seating to ensure it felt like a cozy, high-end retreat for morning coffee and family meals alike.
